Munugode MLA Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy who was on the verge of joining BJP, has called off his plans. On Thursday Rajagopal appeared in the assembly and was spotted sitting alongside the Congress legislature party in the house.
The Telangana assembly met for the new municipality bill and none expected Komatireddy Rajagopal's presence. After the session is over, Rajagopal spoke to the media and issued a confusing statement. He added that he is still in Congress and as of now he has no plans of quitting the party. He accepted that there is a technical thing that is bothering him to quit Congress yet he did not rule out the chances of joining BJP
Reiterating Rajagopal said TPCC needs change in leadership. Current chief Uttam and Ramchandra Khuntia are least bothered about the party and that's why BJP is growing in Telangana. Meanwhile the supporters of Komatireddy brothers are heard to be looking at other parties as there is no coordination between the brothers.
